GitCover is a corporate group with clearly separated tasks: standard, market and delivery. This separation protects trust in the open core and at the same time enables consulting and contract development. Each entity acts independently and in its own responsibility — as partners within an aligned group.

Coverflex Project

Market and consulting instance. Sells immediately billable analysis, onboarding and documentation services directly to solo entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs and SMEs.
GitCover Development
GCD · UG (limited liability)
Contract development within the group. Fully interactive via Git through GitCover Development Tenders (GDT) as a tenant on the gitcover.de Gitea server. Own subdomain with MCP server agents (under construction).
